Welcome to PayzoBill! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PayzoBill mobile application (the "App") and any associated services, websites, or software provided by PayzoBill ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install, access, or use the App.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
  • You will use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. Description of Service

PayzoBill is a utility tool designed to help businesses and individuals:

  • Generate receipts, invoices, and bills.
  • Connect to and print receipts on compatible Bluetooth thermal printers.
  • Track local sales and manage simple inventories.

We continuously update the App, and features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account using your email, phone number, or third-party authentication services.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the App to:

  • Violate any local laws or regulations, including those governing tax recording, business licensing, and financial transactions.
  • Generate fraudulent bills, fake receipts, or documents designed to mislead or deceive consumers, tax authorities, or other businesses.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App, our servers, or the networks connected to our services.

5. Subscription & Payment Terms (If Applicable)

  • Free & Paid Tiers: PayzoBill may offer free features and premium subscription tiers. The features available under each tier, along with pricing and billing intervals, will be clearly presented in the App.
  • Billing & Renewals: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). They will automatically renew unless canceled through your app store settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
  • Refunds: All transactions are handled by the respective App Store. Refund eligibility is governed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Ownership: PayzoBill and its original content, features, functionality, logos, and code are the exclusive property of PayzoBill and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all data, logos, business info, and bills you create using the App. By inputting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process that data strictly for the purpose of providing the App services to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific business requirements.
  • The App will be compatible with all models of Bluetooth thermal printers (as printer hardware, drivers, and firmware vary widely).
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The calculations, reports, or invoices generated will be 100% accurate or satisfy your local country's legal tax compliance requirements. You are encouraged to verify all outputs manually.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PAYZOBILL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to us for using the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or violates applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process described in our Account Deletion Guidelines.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
